Maaike Groenewege is a senior conversation designer and team coach with her boutique agency Convocat. She combines a background in linguistics and 2 decades of user-centered content design to design effective conversational interfaces and generative AI workflows for Dutch corporations, publishers and international organisations.

In addition to her own design work, Maaike focuses on coaching chatbot and content teams to develop their internal AI capabilities. She runs a successful GenAI design course and is a regular speaker at international conferences.
