What a free pass includes
It’s a Standard delegate pass, normally €845.
- Entry to both summit days, 28–29 October
- Every keynote, panel, fireside chat and case study
- The networking area and all exhibition booths
- Coffee networking breaks and buffet lunch on both days
- The cocktail reception on day one
Who we’re looking for
Free passes are limited, so we give priority to:
- Leaders in customer experience, contact centre, digital and AI roles
- Organisations researching, piloting or scaling Conversational AI
- People who make or influence technology buying decisions

Questions
Is the pass really free?
Yes. Approved applicants receive one Standard delegate pass at no cost. Travel and accommodation aren’t included.
What if I’m not approved for a free pass?
We’ll email you an exclusive code for a heavily discounted pass instead.
Does submitting the form confirm my seat?
No. Seats are limited and every application is reviewed individually. Your seat is confirmed when you accept the free pass we offer, or when you book with your discount code.
How will I hear back?
By email, from the CACES team at Altrusia Global, the summit’s organiser.
Can my colleagues apply too?
