Ralf is a passionate IT and technology expert. In order to put innovative technology into practice, Ralf co-founded several software companies in Karlsruhe during and after his doctorate at the Karlsruhe Research Center, including Lindenbaum – now part of VIER. Today, as Technology Evangelist for the topic of “Voice” and Head of Product Management AI at VIER, he is both a source of ideas and an implementer of innovative products. He is currently primarily responsible for the VIER Cognitive Voice Gateway solution, a tool that enables developers to automate customer dialogs with the help of voicebots.
