Tina Rahman works as the Chief Product Owner for the voice and chatbot “Aura” at Telefónica Germany. In this role, she is accountable for agile teams that focus on technological advancement, reporting and monitoring, as well as measuring customer satisfaction. Through her diverse experiences in various positions within digital marketing, she brings a strong focus on evolving customer needs. Currently, she is exploring how the potential of large language models can be leveraged to elevate Aura’s customer interactions to the next level.
