Johannes Laue is a Lead Product Designer at PRODYNA, where he has worked in digital transformation for the past ten years. With a background in industrial design, graphic design, UX, and product development, he helps organizations turn complex business requirements into practical digital products and services. His work focuses on how people, processes, and technology can work together more effectively. As organizations move beyond traditional digitalization, Johannes is exploring how AI, intelligent agents, and knowledge-based services can build on existing digital foundations. At PRODYNA, he works with interdisciplinary teams and domain experts to improve processes and user experiences. His current work includes a real-world industrial sales project in which an interactive AI-powered product supports the interpretation of technically complex requests and the preparation of quotations. At CACES, he will share how this approach is changing the quotation process and laying the groundwork for future end-to-end workflows.
