Playing the role of Conversational AI Architect at Bosch and contributing towards changing the way our customers interact with service centers using CAI and NLP techniques. Being an early starter in data science, I enjoyed learning along with the evolution in machine learning practices, thereby having hands-on with a variety of tech stack and techniques right from their incubation. With this multitude of experience, I play roles to conceptualize AI applications, design them for scale and production. My focus areas in adapting CAI practices and digital transformation for Bosch include building AI models and conversational flows, securing them against drift with active learning, designing for explainable AI and protecting them against adversarial attacks.
